As a result of years of active court practice, our lawyers have a real-world perspective on drafting estate planning documents and advising clients on the probate process and trust administration. Both Gina Lynn and Jessica Palumbo have served on the fiduciary panel of the Probate Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. In addition, Gina recently served for six years on the Steering Committee of the Estates, Trusts and Probate Section of the D.C. Bar. She also served on the D.C. Estate Administration Working Group, which developed and lobbied for The Strengthening Probate Administration Amendment Act of 2024.
